Our PRIME Methodology

Through our e-business planning service, we help our clients to clearly understand how their marketing needs can be served through the adoption of e-business strategies. We take a three phase approach to the development of an e-business strategy. Phase 1 involves data collection through Discovery Workshops, business plan reviews and stake holder interviews. Phase 2 involves an Opportunity Assessment of the proposed e-business initiative. Through this we determine the expected financial and strategic benefits expected from the e-business initiative and weigh them against the costs of implementation. During Phase 3, we develop an e-business plan that will act as a reference document for the implementation of the e-business initiative. This includes a technical needs assessment as well as associated marketing, training and process engineering activities that must be undertaken to ensure a successful e-business initiative.

Strategic Market Planning

We perform some element of this Strategic Market Planning service for all our customers, depending on their needs. Our modular approach to delivering planning services allows us to cost effectively manage the needs of all our clients. Some clients may need a full strategic plan because they plan to launch an on-line business. For these clients, we may perform all three phases of our service. For some other clients, who may wish to implement a small web site, we may need only to conduct needs gathering activity so that we can define the functional requirements of their web site. Typically, for clients wishing only to implement a small web site, we perform Phase 1 and then create a Web Site Development Plan.

Process Engineering

As you consider any web enabled project, it will be critical that you assess the internal processes and procedures that must accompany this new initiative. Our Process Engineering service will ensure that you consider all aspects of the process including task ownership, workflow, approvals, management and training requirements. Process Re-engineering addresses the people, processes and systems which define a company's operations environment. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consulting
