Account Executive
We are looking for an enthusiastic Account
Executive with outstanding communication,
negotiation and interpersonal skill to carry
responsibility for prospecting, presentation,
closing and customer relationship management.
What You will do
- Develop and implement a prospecting/lead
generation strategy that will ensure a continuous
supply of potential customers for follow
up meetings and presentations
- Develop a set schedule of calls, follow-ups,
and e-communications to prospects and existing
clients
- Identify and assess prospect needs and
respond to those needs through the development
and implementation of a product strategy
- Create sales proposals and negotiate within
a prescribed range to achieve sales
- Present service costs and breakdowns to
Interstrata executive, as required
- Identify new sales opportunities by attending
and participating at industry tradeshows
and conferences
- Manage all aspects of the customer relationship
by acting as the primary contact for all
non-operational customer issues.
What you will bring
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years
of sales experience paired with post-secondary
education. We are looking for someone with
a demonstrated ability to drive sales. To
succeed in this role, you should posess:
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal,
decision-making and time management skills
will be vital for this role.
- The ability to work well under pressure
and meet strict deadlines.
- Field and inside sales experience in a
business-to-business environment
- Proven track recored in cold calling,
sales prospecting and appointment setting
- Ability to engage on the telephone
- Strong probing skills
- Understanding of medium and large organizations
and their decision making process
- Understanding of sales pipeline
- Ability to work to targets
- Understanding of the Internet infrastructure
and industry terms
- Attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication
skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
email and use of the internet
What you should expect
In this full time position, you will report
directly to the General Manager. Aside from
providing the successful candidate the opportunity
to join a growing company on the ground floor,
we also offer a target salary of $75,000 to
$85,000 based on qualifications and experience.
Stock options and bonuses are also available.
