web developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Web Developer to help lead and oversee the development of functional, dynamic web development projects for our customers.

In this position you are expected to foster and support a collaborative, innovative culture, working closely with the Management Team to develop client-side and server-side code for creative visual design implementation.

What You will do

  • Develop and implement web development strategies for our client projects
  • Develop and implement project specific web applications
  • Oversee and participate in application integration initiatives
  • Provide technical programming assistance and support for our customers
  • Work with our application/service partners to become proficient and knowledgeable in all application and service areas delivered to our customers.
What you will bring
This job requires a self-motivated individual, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, possessing good communication and project management skills, the ability to coordinate and work with others from a variety of creative disciplines to conceive innovative solutions.
    Requirements:
    - Programming education in a post-secondary environment
    - 3+ years of experience with web-based applications
    - Solid knowledge of markup, CSS2, and JavaScript
    - Strong command of PHP, SQL, and software design principles
    - Experience working in UNIX environments
    - Flash
    - Perl and Apache knowledge a plus
